Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing The Garden I’m a Slayology Certified Tape-In Specialist with a decade of braiding and hair care experience in the beauty industry. My work is rooted in healthy hair principles, intentional technique, and a commitment to creating styles that protect and enhance your natural beauty. At The Garden, you’ll experience an intimate, calming environment designed for high-quality care, excellence, and ease. Each guest receives a thorough hair and scalp evaluation to ensure that every service supports long-term health and delivers the most seamless result. I look forward to welcoming you and providing a personalized, elevated experience that leaves you confident, replenished, and restored. Deposits & Payments To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied to your total service cost, which is due at the completion of your appointment. Appointments cannot be held without a deposit. Cancellations Cancellations must be submitted through the confirmation email link at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations may limit eligibility to book future appointments. Punctuality A 10-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals. Arriving after this window may result in your appointment being forfeited. This ensures every guest enjoys a complete, uninterrupted experience. Hair Health & Safety Your hair’s integrity and long-term health are a priority. Certain services may not be available for guests experiencing advanced hair loss, severe thinning, or other conditions that compromise hair health. This ensures all services are performed safely and maintain exceptional quality. Guests & Privacy To preserve a calm, intimate, and focused environment, additional guests or children are not permitted during services. This maintains the exclusive and peaceful experience of your appointment. Scheduling & Availability Appointments open for booking three weeks in advance. Due to high demand and limited slots, we encourage booking early to secure your preferred time. For special requests or after-hours appointments, please reach out directly — we are happy to accommodate where possible.
