Deposits & Payments
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied to your total service cost, which is due at the completion of your appointment. Appointments cannot be held without a deposit.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted through the confirmation email link at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations may limit eligibility to book future appointments.
Punctuality
A 10-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals. Arriving after this window may result in your appointment being forfeited. This ensures every guest enjoys a complete, uninterrupted experience.
Hair Health & Safety
Your hair’s integrity and long-term health are a priority. Certain services may not be available for guests experiencing advanced hair loss, severe thinning, or other conditions that compromise hair health. This ensures all services are performed safely and maintain exceptional quality.
Guests & Privacy
To preserve a calm, intimate, and focused environment, additional guests or children are not permitted during services. This maintains the exclusive and peaceful experience of your appointment.
Scheduling & Availability
Appointments open for booking three weeks in advance. Due to high demand and limited slots, we encourage booking early to secure your preferred time. For special requests or after-hours appointments, please reach out directly — we are happy to accommodate where possible.
